About the role

In this position, you will be employed as a consultant at Mpya Sci & Tech and work on assignments within embedded software development.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborating in an agile product development process focused on embedded systems

  • Designing, coding, and implementing software features for upcoming products

  • Troubleshooting issues across the Linux stack, from kernel drivers to user applications

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in C++

  • Solid experience with Linux, preferably with Yocto

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in embedded systems 

  • Good knowledge of data structures and basic graph algorithms

  • Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot across software layers

  • Experience with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and build automation tools

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Collaborative, communicative, and motivated team player

  • Passionate about developing high-quality, user-focused navigation products

Nice to have

  • Experience in algorithm development or machine learning

  • Background in continuous integration and automated testing

  • Interest in navigation systems or route optimization

  • Understanding of microcontrollers, hardware integration, and system performance
