We are seeking an experienced
Release Train Engineer (RTE)
to help drive smooth, predictable, and high-quality delivery across our Agile Release Train. If you are passionate about enabling teams, improving flow, and creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement — this role is for you.
About the Role
As an RTE, you play a key role in ensuring that teams deliver efficiently and effectively. You support the entire train by facilitating flow, monitoring capacity, clearing impediments, and strengthening collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
You will coach teams in lean-agile ways of working, foster alignment, and ensure transparency in both short- and long-term planning. Your leadership helps the organization stay synchronized, engaged, and focused on value delivery.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate ART ceremonies and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery flow
- Drive alignment between teams, Scrum Masters, STEs, and Line Managers
- Monitor and manage backlogs, capacity, and dependencies
- Identify risks early and take proactive actions to remove bottlenecks
- Coach teams in lean-agile principles and continuous improvement
- Strengthen ways of working and share best practices across the organization
- Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and high engagement
Qualifications
- Strong
