Om rollen:

Som Customer Success & Admin blir du en central del av vårt växande team. Du kommer att:

* Onboarda nya kunder och säkerställa att de får en fantastisk start

* Hjälpa företag hitta rätt praktikanter genom vår plattform

* Skicka nyhetsbrev till kunder, studenter och samarbetspartners

* Driva våra sociala medier och bidra till vår digitala närvaro

* Hålla webinar och digitala träffar för befintliga kunder

Vem är du?

Du är en likeable, social och serviceinriktad person som älskar att skapa relationer och ge kunder en positiv upplevelse.

Du är van att arbeta digitalt, kommunicerar obehindrat via webben och trivs i en miljö där det händer mycket.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från ett SaaS-bolag eller en liknande roll inom kundrelationer, kommunikation eller administration.
