Vi på Lysio arbetar med undersökningar och utredningar som leder till samhällsutveckling. Vi arbetar främst mot offentlig men även privat och ideell sektor. Bland våra större kunder finns Stockholms stad och Göteborgs stad, Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner (SKR), Myndigheten för tillgängliga medier, Hyresgästföreningen och många andra.

De undersökningar och utredningar vi genomför är varierande, ofta komplexa och framförallt viktiga. Många beslut fattas av kommuner, myndigheter, företagsledningar och andra aktörer baserat på resultatet i mätningar och utredningar som vi genomfört.

Vi är ett växande företag med för närvarande ca 30 anställda. Därför är varje anställds insatser viktiga för att företaget som helhet ska fungera på bästa sätt. Om tjänsten

Vi behöver nu utöka med en Junior Bid Manager som arbetar nära ledning och projektledare med att utforma anbud i offentliga upphandlingar, offerter och andra typer av marknadsinsater. Som Junior Bid Manager ingår du i företagets försäljnings- och tillväxtgrupp och arbetar mycket tillsammans med grundarna och vår Public Bid Manager. Du kommer även, precis som alla andra anställda i företaget, att vara delaktig i att på olika sätt arbeta med att utveckla företaget och våra arbetssätt. Det är viktigt att du är noggrann, strukturerad och effektiv men du har också god uppbackning i erfarna kollegor, tillgängliga chefer och väl utvecklade arbetssätt och rutiner.

Du behöver inte ha någon erfarenhet av arbete med offentlig upphandling. Ett intresse för att lära sig, en förmåga att granska och ta till sig utförliga underlag och dessutom kunna formulera texter som är tydliga och håller hög kvalitet är istället det som är avgörande för att passa i rollen. Att motiveras av att lyckas hitta rätt sätt att motivera kunderna att välja oss är också viktigt.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Akademisk examen inom samhällsvetenskap, beteendevetenskap, ekonomi eller annan relevant inriktning

  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska

  • Effektiv och självgående

  • Noggrann och strukturerad

  • God IT-vana

  • Kunskap och vana i Excel och/eller statistikprogram är meriterande
