As the
Home Therapy Senior Manager for Chronic Kidney Disease
, you will be responsible for driving
peritoneal dialysis (PD)
adoption and growth across the
Nordic region
by building strong relationships with clinical leaders, healthcare payers, and other system stakeholders. The role focuses on enabling service redesign and creating a favourable environment for home therapy, in line with our vision — EXTENDING LIVES, EXPANDING POSSIBILITIES.

Partnering closely with Government Affairs & Market Access (GAMA), you will ensure alignment with policy, reimbursement, and patient advocacy strategies. While GAMA retains ownership of government affairs and patient advocacy relationships, you will oversee the relationships with clinical and system stakeholders and work with them to implement models of care that support PD growth.

The role is
hybrid
and based on our Kista office, Stockholm. Frequent travel in the Nordic region is to be expected.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage relationships with clinical leaders, clinical payers, and other healthcare system stakeholders to identify and deliver PD growth opportunities.
  • Collaborte with healthcare providers and system influencers to design and implement service models that expand home therapy capacity and improve patient access.
  • Partner with GAMA to ensure alignment of activities with national and regional policy objectives; execute agreed elements of policy and market access strategies where they intersect with clinical and service redesign.
  • Support GAMA-led initiatives (e.g., round-tables, awareness campaigns, reimbursement discussions) through relationship-building, logistics coordination, and delivery of agreed content.
  • Provide intelligence to GAMA and commercial teams on system changes reimbursement developments, and emerging opportunities or risks for PD.
  • Work with payers and health system decision-makers to demonstrate the clinical, operational, and economic value of home therapy solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure that service redesign work translates into sustainable commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and Vantive standards in all interactions.
  • Monitor and work for establishing a national or regional home therapy policy & targets
  • Payer engagement and evidence-based value demonstration to support reimbursement for PD
  • Building network of key institutional stakeholders and with other relevant patient and professional organizations
  • Drive PR activities and awareness for PD
  • Be a point of contact for internal stakeholders on country policy, legislation and health system inquiries
  • Ensure effective collaboration and exchange with sales and marketing

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Life Science, Commercial, Economical)
  • Extensive experience in healthcare market development, influencing service redesign, or strategic account management, delivering evidence-based value propositions to clinical and system stakeholders.
  • Confirmed knowledge of the Nordic healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and clinical decision-making structures.
  • Proven experience in project management, as well as driving PR activities and awareness in healthcare
  • Outstanding business acumen with a proactive and dynamic attitude
  • Excellent communications skill with strong ability in cross functional collaboration, negotiating & network building with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills with aptitude at simplifying complex concepts
  • Excellent Swedish language skills with good Finnish and English
