Marketing Assistant Nordics

Now, we want to expand even further. That's why we are looking for you as a Marketing Assistant Nordics (m/f/d). You will mainly support us in maintaining and developing our website for Scandinavian countries, and you will also have the opportunity to develop your writing skills.

This is a great opportunity to join our small but ambitious Nordic team. You will also work closely with our marketing team in Austria, gaining hands-on experience in an international environment. Your area of responsibility

• Your main task includes independently adding provided texts and documents to the go-e website – particularly for Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway
• You will also assist in brainstorming ideas for further texts, images and graphics and integrate these, as well as videos shot by go-e, into the website content in a meaningful way
• You will continuously update and revise existing website content in accordance with specifications from national marketing managers and, if necessary, international performance management, helping to adapt the design and structure of the website to changing internal and external requirements
• You will structure and link existing website content in order to meet SEO requirements and support the entire team in content development
• You will also assist in writing scripts for our Swedish YouTube channel and assist in responding to comments on YouTube and our other Scandinavian social media channels
• You might also assist in writing or translating content such as blog posts, webpages or app-texts
• In addition, you might occasionally assist with the preparation and implementation of measures in the areas of graphics and video, social media, trade fairs and events, customer care or market research, as well as with organisational and administrative tasks

It would be great if you have

• You are currently studying with a focus on marketing, economics, international business or a comparable subject area
• Initial experience in website content management using a content management system
• Good writing skills and the ability to research information and compile it into engaging text
• You are a highly committed, independent and creative person with hands-on qualities
• You are well organised and able to work flexibly on different tasks at the same time without losing track of the big picture, while still being able to concentrate on similar tasks for long periods of time
• Very good written and spoken Swedish and advanced English language skills
• In-depth knowledge of Office programmes
• Ideally, an interest in e-mobility, technology and legal topics

It would be even better if you have

• Experience working with TYPO3
• Knowledge of Canva or, even better, various Adobe CC programmes such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Experience with content preparation for YouTube and other social media channels
• Additional language skills would be an advantage
• Class B driving licence
