We are looking for a Senior Buyer for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in November, 12 months limited contract to begin with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the End-to-End sourcing activities from RFI/ RFQ till Contract Signature and Suppliers Performance Review
  • Perform procurement of services according to strategies that you have defined together with Stakeholders.
  • Advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle as well as on modifications requests.
  • Track supplier performance through regular and automated tracking of the quality, cost project deliverables across the network
  • Define and take corrective actions to improve contract compliance and continuously follow up progress.

Requierd skills:

  • Proven Indirect Procurement Experience at least 5 years

  • Track Record of dealing with bought and managed service agreement and governance

  • Strong social abilities, a passion for procurement and the capacity to quickly adapt to a fast paced and everchanging environment.
  • Result oriented and experience in continuous improvement and excellence
  • Positive, Driven and collaborative mindset and optimistic approach towards innovative solutions.
  • Experience of MS Office packages.
  • BSc (or higher) in Business Administration, Economics or Technical discipline from a university or equivalent institution

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in November, 12 months limited contract to begin with.
