TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our Stockholm team for a parental leave cover starting at the end of February 2026, lasting approximately 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for TOTEME's global loyalty activations, including client events and the global gifting strategy. You'll ensure our loyal customers are celebrated with meaningful experiences that strengthen TOTEME's brand journey. You'll collaborate closely with local store teams and the global marketing team, reporting to the Head of CRM & Loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Define concepts and lead the planning and execution of global and local loyalty initiatives, including events, gifting, experiences, "gift with purchase" programs, and VIC itineraries for TOTEME fashion shows.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each initiative, track progress, and deliver performance reports with insights and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes within budget. 
  • Manage the framework for loyalty gifting globally and locally, supporting store teams with VIC gifts and ensuring efforts are consistently tracked and reported.
  • Evaluate and approve local loyalty activation proposals.
  • Contribute to the CRM initiatives toolkit, developing clear guidelines for local implementation.
  • Conduct monthly follow-ups with Store Managers to ensure retail activations align with market needs and community event guidelines.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in CRM or client engagement within the luxury segment.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Confident in challenging the status quo to elevate client experiences and loyalty activations.
  • Passionate about luxury, hospitality, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experienced in preparing clear briefs and guidelines for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Actively monitors industry trends and competitive benchmarks in events, pop-ups, and gifting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and build strong relationships with global store teams.

This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm Head office, starting in February 2026.
