We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Leader to shape and execute our marketing strategy in the fast-growing AI and data space. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational marketing, ensuring campaigns are well-planned, executed, and deliver measurable impact. You will own marketing initiatives across content, digital campaigns, and events—working closely with sales, product, and leadership to strengthen brand awareness, generate pipeline, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Define and own the marketing plan aligned with company goals.

Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and optimize for performance.

Provide direction to internal contributors, freelancers, and agencies.

Campaign Execution & Content Marketing

Plan and execute digital campaigns that drive demand, awareness, and retention.

Oversee creation and distribution of high-quality content (blogs, newsletters, social, email campaigns, website updates).

Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and branding across all channels.

Event & Community Marketing

Lead planning and execution of events (webinars, conferences, workshops, trade shows).

Develop pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.

Represent the company at industry events when needed.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage social media strategy and content calendar (focus on LinkedIn and relevant platforms).

Oversee performance marketing campaigns (paid social, retargeting, etc.).

Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.

CRM & Marketing Operations

Oversee CRM data quality and segmentation to enable targeted outreach.

Align with sales on lead qualification, scoring, and nurturing.

Ensure marketing automation workflows are effective and up to date.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in operational and strategic marketing (B2B SaaS/AI/tech is a strong plus).

Proven track record in campaign management, content marketing, and event marketing.

Strong understanding of digital channels, especially LinkedIn and B2B lead generation.

Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills in English.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot experience a plus).

Highly organized, proactive, and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Experience leading or mentoring team members, freelancers, or agencies.
