TFS Analytics serves as the headquarter function for data, analytics, and AI across the Group.

We:

• Provide data as a utility to the organization
• Offer insight and analytic services through self-service and governed data platforms
• Drive business value via scalable data products, AI, and automation

You will collaborate closely with headquarter stakeholders and business units globally, shaping how data and analytics fuel smarter, more sustainable financial and operational decisions.

Role Summary
We are looking for two Data Scientists to join our growing team at TFS Analytics, each with a slightly different focus but a shared mission to transform data into business value.

Both roles are hands-on and involve working across the analytics lifecycle, from data exploration to model deployment, in collaboration with data engineers, BI developers, and domain experts.

Depending on your background and interests, you may fit one of the following focuses or ideally, both.

Job Responsibilities
Business & Analytics Focus

You are passionate about connecting business needs with data insights. You love turning complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes.

You will work closely with financial and operational teams to uncover trends, design dashboards, and deliver analytical solutions that guide decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify analytic opportunities and define success metrics.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and create impactful data visualizations.
• Develop descriptive and diagnostic models that enhance financial, risk, and performance analysis.
• Design and deliver self-service dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Translate data findings into clear business recommendations and present them effectively to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to improving data literacy and promoting a data-driven culture across TFS.

Ideal Profile

• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
• Experience in data modeling, business analytics, and reporting.
• Proven ability to connect data insights with business impact.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar cloud data platforms is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to financial services, risk modeling, or customer analytics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI models to solve real business problems.
• Explore and implement LLM-based (Large Language Model) solutions, such as Generative AI chatbots, document intelligence systems, or Agentic AI tools that can reason, act, and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable data pipelines and efficient model deployment.
• Integrate AI models and agents into business applications and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain reusable frameworks for MLOps, LLMOps, and continuous model improvement.
• Partner with domain experts to ensure responsible AI practices, focusing on accuracy, fairness, and explainability.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, contributing to TFS's AI roadmap and innovation strategy.

Ideal Profile

• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models), and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based AI services.
• Strong foundation in data engineering concepts, feature design, and model lifecycle management.

Common Traits Across Both Roles

• MSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets and modern data platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Collaborative, curious, and motivated by creating end-to-end value from data.
