Job Overview

This position offers the opportunity to shape core system architecture and contribute to the development of a scalable, high-performance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services that meet high-quality coding standards.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and the development of an ecosystem around the core platform.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and other developers to estimate work and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Conduct thorough unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs as needed.
  • Write clear and maintainable code documentation and comments.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java (including Functional Java and Java Stream), Spring Boot, Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  • A self-driven and reliable developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Maven, MongoDB, AWS, event-driven architecture, and building REST APIs is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (Scrum experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools is beneficial.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and core software engineering principles.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a bonus.
