HSE Lead
to play a critical role in shaping safe delivery on a major data centre build in the Netherlands.

What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate HSE strategy across all phases of construction
Identify and manage high-risk activities, ensuring proactive and robust controls
Be a visible leader onsite — conducting audits, inspections & coaching field teams
Monitor HSE performance with clear reporting & data-driven insights
Partner with contractors and supervisors to drive safety excellence
Lead HSE planning improvement and ensure regulatory compliance is embedded
Maintain management systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Conduct independent audits to verify safety readiness and operational integrity
Investigate incidents and implement strong preventive measures
Champion a safety culture that empowers everyone to contribute
What You Bring
Proven construction HSE management experience
Experience in
data centres
, high-voltage, pharma, or oil & gas projects
Strong contractor management and stakeholder leadership skills
Training in OSHA 30 (or local equivalent), incident investigation, safety leadership
Deep knowledge of European HSE regulations and project compliance
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting tools
Exceptional communication and influencing capabilities
Collaborative mindset — strong belief in building teams through trust
