We're looking for a
highly experienced and visionary Senior Feature Expert
to lead
feature development and validation
activities within a global engineering organization .

In this role, you'll play a key part in
defining, developing, and maintaining feature excellence
across multiple brands, markets, and applications. As a recognized expert in your discipline, you'll take ownership of
requirements definition

verification & validation strategies
, and ensure that
product performance
aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define
  requirements and verification methods
  to validate feature performance in line with project targets.
• Translate product goals
  into measurable and testable requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain
  feature verification and validation plans
  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the
  feature owner
  , ensuring long-term consistency and knowledge management across brands and segments.
• Lead and synchronize feature development
  across multiple projects with varying technical complexity.
• Continuously
  improve test methods and design requirements
  based on customer usage and insights.
• Contribute to
  feature roadmaps
  and strategic development plans.
• Collaborate globally
  , building strong networks within the feature domain and across organizational boundaries.
• Participate in
  innovation and business development
  initiatives.
• Serve as a
  mentor and thought leader
  , guiding teams and sharing expertise across the organization.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in
  feature development, validation, or systems engineering

• Proven ability to
  lead complex technical initiatives

  problem-solving skills
  .
• Recognized as a
  trusted advisor and expert
  in your technical domain.
