WORK DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a structured and proactive Nordic Bid Coordinator to join our team in Lund, Gothenburg or Växjö In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the bid process across the Nordic region. You will work closely with our Sales team and cross-functional teams to ensure that all bids are professionally prepared, comliant and submitted within deadline.

This is a temporary position from promptly to , with the possibility of extension or a permanent positition.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management:

• Coordinate and prepare comprehensive bid documentation, including technical specifications, pricing proposals, and contract terms, ensuring alignment with both customer requirements and internal standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and structure the necessary input for each bid, contributing to the completeness, accuracy, and quality.

Customer Interaction:

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers throughout the bid process. Respond to inquiries, clarify requirements, and provide timely updates as needed.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Support the adherence to internal processes, legal requirements, and corporate guidelines across all bids.

ABOUT YOU

Strong Coordination and Communication:

• Demonstrates the ability to coordinate seamlessly across departments and maintain clear, professional communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensures that all components of the bid process are accurate, complete, and aligned.

High-Quality Bid Documentation:

• Delivers structured, precise, and well-formatted bid documents that meet customer expectations while adhering to company standards and brand guidelines.

Timely and Compliant Delivery:

• Supports Sales Managers in meeting deadlines and ensures that all bids are submitted in a timely manner, fully compliant with legal regulations and internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 3 years' experience in bid coordination, bid management, or a similar role involving cross-functional collaboration and deadline-driven deliverables.
• Skills:
  Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, a strong analytical mindset, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• Languages:
  Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken is required. Proficiency in additional Nordic languages is considered a strong advantage.
