Junior Specialty Leasing Manager
, a motivated and sales-minded individual to join our Nordic Specialty Leasing team. Welcome to Citycon This position is located in Stockholm.
As a Junior Specialty Leasing Manager, you will support the growth of Specialty Leasing in Sweden. Your focus will be on leasing common areas in the shopping centres, including kiosks, stands, food & beverage units, short-term promotions and events, as well as vending machines and advertising spots. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow while helping develop the Specialty Leasing business further.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing of common areas, including kiosks, stands, vending machines, advertising spots, and short-term promotional spaces
- Identify and reach out to potential customers and follow up on incoming leads
- Manage existing lease agreements and maintain tenant relationships
- Handle property viewings and prepare lease proposals
- Contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and centre teams
- Work closely with your manager, the rest of the Specialty Leasing team and shopping centre teams to ensure smooth leasing operations
- Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews
- Take part in developing and improving the Specialty Leasing concept and offering
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience or strong interest in retail and customer-focused environments
- Eager to develop negotiation and communication skills through hands-on experience
- Organized and proactive approach to daily tasks
- Sales attitude and passion for achieving targets
- Basic understanding of leasing or eagerness to learn about lease negotiations
- Hands-on mindset and readiness to take initiative
- Team player with good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and a solution-oriented mindset with a can do -attitude
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- A bachelor's or a master's degree in a suitable commercial field
