Mechanical Engineer – Product Development & Concept Design

We are looking for an experienced
Mechanical Engineer
to take a leading role in product development projects and special assignments. You will drive
concept development
, act as the
technical lead
, and ensure structured execution of engineering activities from concept to industrialization.

You'll collaborate with international engineering teams, coach colleagues, and manage both small and large-scale development initiatives. The role also involves
CAD modeling and drawing using Catia V5
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product development and advanced engineering projects.
  • Drive concept creation, validation, and industrialization activities.
  • Create and manage
    CAD models and drawings (Catia V5)
    .
  • Collaborate with global teams and guide project engineers.
  • Apply structured engineering methods such as
    Six Sigma, lean, and value engineering
    .

Qualifications

  • 5+ years
    of experience in mechanical engineering and product development.
  • Proven experience with
    rotating components and mechatronic systems
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    concept design
    and
    structured engineering methods
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Catia V5 (min. 3 years)
    .
  • MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
