THE ROLE

You are in charge of capturing beautiful candid photos of a private networking event with C-level executives. The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to discreetly and professionally photograph high-profile guests, focusing on candid moments that highlight meaningful interactions and the sophisticated atmosphere of the event.

COMPENSATION

This role entitles you $450 with approximately 3-hours on-site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event Photography

: Expertly capture high-quality, candid images of C-level executives that reflect the professional and exclusive nature of the event.
- Discreet Operation

: Work unobtrusively to photograph attendees without interrupting the flow of conversations or the event itself.
- Atmosphere Documentation

: Photograph the venue, table settings, and other elements that contribute to the event's ambiance, ensuring the images align with The Ortus Club's brand and style.
- Post-Production

: Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality, correct lighting, and ensure consistency across all images, delivering them in a timely manner.
- Client Collaboration

: Work closely with The Ortus Club's event management team to understand specific requirements and desired outcomes for the event photography.
- Compliance

: Ensure that all images comply with privacy considerations, securing necessary permissions for any identifiable individuals featured in the photographs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience

in event photography, particularly in corporate or executive settings.
- Strong portfolio

showcasing previous work at high-profile or corporate events.
- Proficiency in photography equipment and editing software

, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ability to work independently

and adapt to the needs of the event.
- Excellent attention to detail and a
keen eye for capturing candid, authentic moments
