About the Role
The Commercial Director leads the full commercial organisation across sales, marketing, and associated functions. Working through first-line leaders, you will strengthen our go-to-market approach, build a high-performing sales engine, and ensure profitable, sustainable growth across Sweden.
What You'll be doing
- Lead and develop first-line leaders across sales and marketing, building an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Drive commercial strategy and execution to achieve profitable, sustainable growth.
- Oversee new business development, customer retention, and sales execution across fire and security offerings.
- Strengthen pipeline management, support deal development, and enable confident closing.
- Oversee pricing, offering development, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Use data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with key clients as a senior commercial advisor.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Product, and the Head of Business & Offering to align commercial and delivery strategies.
- Represent Securitas Technology in strategic negotiations, industry forums, and events.
What you need.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 10+ years' commercial leadership experience with responsibility for sales, sales management, and go-to-market execution.
- Proven ability to build pipeline, develop customer opportunities, and close deals across private and public sectors.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional teams in B2B or technology-enabled environments.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, CRM usage, pricing, and offering strategy.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with experience in an international context.
- Strong digital mindset with confidence in analytics, data-driven decision-making, and modern commercial practices.
- Hands-on, empowering leadership style; strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
