We address one of the world's biggest problems – how to end smoking. There are 1.1 billion smokers globally, and around 8 million people die each year from smoking-related diseases. Our mission is to reduce those numbers dramatically by offering people other nicotine products online.

We're now looking for a proactive and globally minded Global Workplace & Facility Manager to lead our international office operations and procurement strategy. While we currently have offices in Sweden and the US, we are in an exciting phase of growth and expect to expand our physical presence to additional markets in the near future.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our offices, both current and future, are safe, functional, and welcoming environments. You will act as a key partner in shaping our global workplace strategy and supporting our teams across geographies. The role also oversees global procurement activities and contract management, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs and compliance across regions. This position plays a key role in shaping the employee experience through well-managed workspaces and efficient procurement operations.

THE ROLE

• Oversee office operations, renovations, and relocations
• Ensure physical security, access control, and incident response readiness
• Build and implement global procurement strategies
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor performance
• Own contracts and ensure compliance across regions
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on policy alignment
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional ways of working

IS THIS YOU?

• Solid experience in procurement, office operations, or facilities management
• Comfortable working across international environments
• Skilled in negotiation, project management, and compliance
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
