Solution Manager within eHealth
Cambio is one of the Nordics' leading suppliers in e-health with a comprehensive offering for the entire health and care chain. Our e-health solutions supports health care professionals in their daily work and offer patients safer and more easily accessible care. We are proud to be an important part of Swedish healthcare. We are growing continuously and now have about 1000 employees in several countries.
The position
Shape the Future of Digital Healthcare
As a Solution Manager at Cambio, you become the crucial bridge between healthcare needs and our digital solutions. You use your clinical experience to deeply understand everyday workflows in primary and outpatient care - what works well, what creates friction, and where digital support is missing.
A key part of the role involves being close to the users. You spend time in real clinical environments, observing daily routines and identifying opportunities to create smarter, more cohesive workflows. These insights are translated into clear direction, ensuring our customers gain maximum value from Cambio's digital solutions.
You collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to shape the vision, roadmap, and recommended ways of working. You also contribute to strategic procurements, go‑to‑market activities, and help turn ideas into solutions used by healthcare professionals every day.
What You Will Do
- Spend time with users in primary care to understand their needs, workflows, and digital support requirements
- Lead the vision and roadmap for your solution and drive continuous improvement
- Recommend best practices and configuration to maximize customer value
- Participate in strategic procurements and support requirement analysis and solution design
- Work cross-functionally across Cambio to bring the solution from concept to real-world use
- Support sales and marketing teams in go‑to‑market and presales activities
We Offer
You join a meaningful role where your clinical expertise contributes directly to improving everyday healthcare through digitalization. You work with experienced Product Managers, developers, and specialists — with real influence over solution direction, value, and outcomes.
You become part of a culture built on trust, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, within a growing health‑tech company that supports both personal and professional development. We offer flexibility, a supportive work environment, and a culture that values balance and well‑being.
About You
You are curious about how healthcare professionals really work and motivated to improve their daily reality. You take responsibility, drive initiatives forward, and collaborate naturally across different roles.
You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and feel comfortable leading without formal authority. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and believe that well‑designed technology can make healthcare more efficient and more human.
At Cambio, we value initiative and personal growth. Our culture is built on Trust, Care, and Together—values we believe are important to both our work and our people. It's important to us that you recognize and identify with these values.
Requirements
- Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., physician, nurse, or similar)
- Experience from primary care, outpatient care, or related settings
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
It's a bonus if you
- Experience as a super user, system administrator, or similar role
- Experience with digital healthcare systems or clinical IT solutions
- Experience translating user needs into requirements or solution designs
- Familiarity with procurement processes or presales activities
