We are seeking a skilled
Solution Architect/Developer
with strong expertise in
OpenShift
to join our team. This assignment is part of a larger initiative to build a
common platform for infrastructure and applications
, aimed at enhancing collaboration between development and operations.
In this role, you will work closely with both development teams and operations personnel, offering expert guidance throughout the process. You will assist teams in
establishing and deploying services on OpenShift
, provide advice on best practices, and support the operations organization with tasks such as
platform administration, management, logging, and monitoring
.
Your responsibilities will also include
introducing best practices, documenting solutions, transferring knowledge
, and identifying opportunities to
improve development and operational processes
. To succeed in this role, you must have solid experience with OpenShift and confidence in managing the platform during both deployment and operational phases.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with
Kubernetes and OpenShift
in production environments. - Knowledge of
integration platforms
, such as IBM Fusion, is a plus. - Ability to collaborate closely with both
development and operations teams
. - Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and microservices architectures
. - Experience with
security, monitoring, and logging solutions
in an OpenShift environment. - Strong
pedagogical skills
and experience in
knowledge transfer
. - Proficiency with
tools and frameworks for logging, monitoring, and incident management
. - Experience with
automation tools
such as Ansible, Helm, and GitOps.
Location:
Stockholm – ideally on-site at least
four days per week
