Antenna Engineer

Our client is seeking a motivated
RF Antenna Design Engineer
to join their growing R&D team in a highly innovative and technically challenging role. Key Responsibilities:

Drive the development of advanced base station antenna designs, working closely with RF and Mechanical Engineers as well as Antenna Technicians to prototype and verify concepts.

Perform antenna simulations, analysis, and optimizations using industry-standard RF tools such as HFSS, CST, or similar platforms.

Characterize antenna performance through electrical testing, including VSWR, isolation, near-/far-field radiation patterns, and Passive Intermodulation (PIM).

Contribute to design improvements, innovative radiator concepts (patch, dipole, phased arrays), and impedance-matching solutions.

Collaborate in agile, cross-functional R&D projects aimed at pushing antenna performance to new benchmarks.

Participate in problem-solving, technical reviews, and documentation to ensure robust and high-quality product development.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with
2–5 years of experience
in RF antenna design.

Strong understanding of antenna theory, RF engineering principles, phased arrays, radiator design, and RF measurement methods.

Proficiency with RF simulation software (HFSS, CST, MATLAB, or similar).

Hands-on experience with antenna testing and performance verification.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw clear and valid technical conclusions.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work smoothly with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional stakeholders.
