Om rollen
Som kundtjänstmedarbetare på Bolageriet är du den första kontakten för våra användare. Du hjälper våra kunder via telefon, mejl och chatt och ser till att de får den service, trygghet och vägledning de behöver.
Du svarar på frågor om fakturering, bokföring och företagande i allmänhet samt hjälper kunder att navigera i vårt system. Rollen kräver att du har förståelse för företagsekonomi och kan förklara ekonomiska begrepp på ett enkelt och pedagogiskt sätt.
Vi tror att du har:
• Erfarenhet av kundservice eller support, gärna via både telefon och mejl
• Grundläggande kunskap i företagsekonomi eller redovisning
• Förmågan att skapa förtroende och trygghet i kunddialoger
• God datorvana och intresse för digitala verktyg
• En positiv inställning och vilja att lösa problem
