Niogod
is an IT consulting company that provides expert tech teams on a subscription basis—helping startups and scale-ups move faster without traditional hiring overhead.

We're seeking a
Senior Partner (Business Development)
in Stockholm to open doors with startups and growth companies, leveraging a deep background in
hiring/talent acquisition
to identify needs and convert them into partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate relationships with
    founders, CTOs, and talent leaders
    across Stockholm's startup ecosystem.
  • Spot opportunities where Niogod's
    on-demand tech talent
    solves immediate capacity and capability gaps.
  • Lead discovery calls, shape problem statements, and coordinate intros with Niogod's delivery leaders.
  • Represent Niogod at startup hubs, accelerators, meetups, and relevant community events.
  • Maintain a tight pipeline and report on outreach, conversations, and conversions.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in hiring/talent acquisition
    (in-house TA, recruiting agency, or RPO).
  • Proven track record of
    partnering with hiring managers and founders
    to scope roles/teams and close engagements.
  • A strong network in the
    Stockholm startup/scale-up scene
    (accelerators, VCs, tech communities a plus).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfort operating autonomously with outcomes focus; entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English
    ;
    Swedish
    proficiency strongly preferred.
