Process Manager

Do you have a genuine interest in equities and derivatives? In this role, you will combine execution analytics, process responsibility, and operational oversight to ensure highest standards of efficiency, transparency and regulatory compliance across our trading operations.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Review execution quality across equities, comparing results against benchmarks and KPIs, recommend improvements.
• Monitor, analyze and improve order flow, resolve issues, communicate with stakeholders.
• Support traders in optimizing execution strategies for complex and high-touch/care orders.
• Identify and assess risks, implement risk management strategies, conduct assessments.
• Monitor operational processes, implement controls, conduct audits.
• Maintain instrument universe, verify trading criteria, communicate changes.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance to ensure policies are clearly understood and implemented.
• Translate regulatory changes into clear and practical desk-level processes.
• Play a key role in maintaining operational integrity by ensuring trading workflows are robust, well-controlled, and continuously improved.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support efficient execution and swiftly resolve issues.

What is needed in this role:

• Relevant university degree and at least 3-5 years of work experience in a professional trading environment.
• Familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms, electronic trading workflows, execution analysis, and financial market structure.
• Strong product knowledge, quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
• A structured and pragmatic approach to working with processes, risk management, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge trading desk, front office, compliance, IT, and external partners.
• Knowledge in AI and data-driven automation to identify opportunities for improving trading processes, flow efficiency, and decision support.
• Swedsec license.
