We are currently looking for a Salesforce Platform Administrator to work on an exciting role for a Technology Manufacturing company based in Lund.

This is a Permanent role that allows for Hybrid working.

Summary:

Our team leverages the Salesforce platform to provide essential tools for our global sales, marketing, and support organizations. We need individuals who understand both the business and the technology within our platform and underlying on-prem systems to succeed in our mission.

The team is composed of various roles, including IT product owners, architects, technical lead, production lead, salesforce developers and admins.

We are all working together to create the best environment for everyone to utilize their skills and creativity.

You will also collaborate with business analysts and business product owners to refine and process requests and have close collaboration with other teams create solutions that span over multiple systems.

Our team is always ready to lend a helping hand, offering support when you're stuck and a sounding board for your ideas when you need inspiration.

What You'll Do Here as a Salesforce Platform Administrator:

As a highly capable Salesforce administrator, you will ensure that the business maximizes the benefits of the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating user needs into technical solutions using Salesforce standards like flows, forms, and other platform tools.
  • Creating and maintaining system support for our business processes.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to provide clear insights for our sales, marketing, and support colleagues.
  • Ensuring our Salesforce platform remains clean, structured, and optimized.
  • Sharing knowledge and contributing to the growth of competence within our team.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage data quality and dataflow within the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
  • Participate in and take responsibility for planning and estimating your work and the team's work.
  • Advocate for Salesforce standard solutions and educate others on their use.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a passionate problem solver and team player with at least many years of experience as a Salesforce administrator. You should be able to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions, foresee and explain the consequences of decisions, and have a hunger for continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will live up to the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a Salesforce Admin role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • In-depth expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience working in large, global enterprise companies, with a deep understanding of complex business processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of governance models such as ISO or SOX, and experience implementing and maintaining these standards.
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin certification is required, and additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • A strong commitment to team collaboration and mentoring, with experience guiding and developing junior team members.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements and innovations.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
