Now we're looking for a strategist with strong client- and project management skills to join our team on a parental leave cover during 2026. You'll report to the Head of Strategy and work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver smart, engaging ideas and solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define problems, and shape strategies that guide and power creative solutions.
  • Spot opportunities for our clients and take a lead in presenting ideas and solutions.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects, ensuring clarity and smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Write creative briefs and define directions to power creative work.
  • Use data, research and insights to inform strategies and creative thinking.
  • Help measure results and share learnings with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on culture, consumer behavior, industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Think beyond traditional solutions for brands.

Who You Are

  • You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoy working across a variety of scopes, including retail, experiential, campaigns, digital and beyond.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, business or similar (Ad/comms school also works).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy & planning, ideally in an agency or in-house agency.
  • Proven experience managing projects and leading work from start to finish.
  • Structured and comfortable in leading projects.
  • A strategic thinker and storyteller who can interpret complex challenges and share key insights and solutions with clarity.
  • Confident in presenting and skilled at building presentations.
  • Curious about culture, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
