Laboratory Manager
to be the driving force behind our labs in Mölndal—where innovation meets precision. This is your chance to shape processes, empower teams, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, cutting-edge setting.

What You'll Do

• Run daily lab operations and be the main point of contact for scientists.
• Support the business with quality work by facilitating change controls, SOPs and assisting with logbook management.
• Lead and support teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Manage equipment and supplies, including maintenance and inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SHE standards and audits.
• Improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Plan for the future, identifying new technologies and lab needs.
• Assist with above mentioned tasks within GMP-related areas.

What You Bring

• MSc degree in scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of SHE requirements.
• Proven ability to work with SHE policies and audit requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of GLS and GxP regulations and audit requirements is a must.
• Several years in a laboratory environment, ideally with management experience.
• Knowledge and experience of lean sigma processes is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Swedish
• You bring confidence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional planning, organisational, analytical and networking skills.
• Project management skills, ability to be flexible and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
• You are comfortable making informed decisions that keep processes aligned and on track.
