Som IT Process Leader ansvarar du för att i samverkan med vår kunds operativa IT verksamhet, genom processutveckling och krav på verktygsstöd, säkerställa ökad effektivitet, kortare ledtider samt ökad OTD.

Du leder arbetet med utveckling och underhåll av en specifik process och dess relaterade metoder och verktyg. Rollen innebär att harmonisera processer, driva roadmap-aktiviteter, säkerställa överensstämmelse och optimera processdesignen, samt facilitera kommunikation och samarbete. Processen ska baseras på best practice och ITIL.

Skallkrav

Erfarenhet: Bevisad erfarenhet av att leda processutveckling och harmonisering inom ITIL-ramverk.

Kompetens: Djupgående kunskap om best practice och ITIL, samt grundläggande kompetens inom ServiceNow

Kommunikation: Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att facilitera samarbete mellan olika intressenter.

Analytisk förmåga: Förmåga att analysera prestanda och identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter.

Projektledning: Erfarenhet av att driva roadmap-aktiviteter och säkerställa överensstämmelse med krav.

Omfattning och villkor

Detta är en visstidsanställning på heltid under ca ett år, med möjlighet till förlängning hos NXT Interim Göteborg AB.

40 h per vecka med placering hos vår kund i Göteborg.

Vi tillämpar kollektivavtal.

Du har möjlighet till 100% remote, men också att sitta på NXT Interims kontor i Göteborg.

Du behöver vara svensk medborgare och genomgå en säkerhetsprövning innan start.
