About the role

As our new Cybersecurity Lead for Sweden, you'll be responsible for building the Sweden team from the ground up and expanding our client relationships, particularly within the financial industry and related sectors. This means driving the entire sales process, from identifying new opportunities to signing contracts.

The role is a dynamic mix of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. While you'll be actively involved in client projects in the beginning, the role will transition to focus more on business development and team leadership as the practice grows. Your strategic and hands-on approach will be key to ensuring profitable growth and effective capabilities allocation. You'll act as a strong professional and commercial ambassador, representing Eficode in the market.

You will also collaborate with other teams across Eficode, building expertise that links to the rest of the company.


Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building, leading and developing the Cyber Security team in Sweden.

- Building and expanding client relationships, primarily within the financial sector and related industries.

- Driving the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to signing contracts.

- Ensuring profitable growth and effective resource utilization in the team.

- Developing and executing strategies to position Eficode as a leading GRC player in Sweden.

- Serving as a strong professional and commercial ambassador for the firm.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, outgoing, and results-oriented professional with a strong personal brand. You will be an expert in combining sales, delivery, and leadership to achieve business targets.

- Solid experience (about 10 years) as a consultant within Information and Cyber security

- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to build and grow a client portfolio

- Strategic and hands-on – able to combine sales, delivery, and leadership

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people

- Results-oriented with a clear understanding of balancing quality, delivery, and profitability

- Relevant academic background, preferably at Master's level

- Full working proficiency in Swedish (due to customer interactions often being expected to be handled in Swedish)
