As Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute our marketing strategy; thinking creatively to develop new audiences and generate demand for ARC Raiders. You will be an invaluable part of the marketing team and collaborate closely with our game team and central teams, external agencies, and other key partners.

You will develop our target audience strategy, and craft go-to-market campaigns for live service updates. We expect you to be a forward thinking marketeer, excited to think both strategically and dive into the hands-on aspects necessary to drive campaigns and collaborations forward. If you are passionate about our games, then we hope you will bring your expertise, enthusiasm, and out of the box ideas

Example Of Responsibilities

  • Craft go-to-marketing campaigns for live service updates to re-engage existing players, and to bring new players into our community
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all marketing efforts between teams within Embark, as well as external partners so projects and campaigns run smoothly
  • Work with Embark's content and media teams, as well as external agencies to create stunning, honest, and memorable campaign content that is true to the promise of our game experiences
  • Collaborate with Embark's Paid Media Manager and external agencies to support campaigns with smart player acquisition strategies
  • Partner with Embark's Content Strategist and Social Media Teams to ensure evergreen content is true to the brand tone and target audience perspective
  • Analyze trends in relevant markets and ensure we are chasing the right opportunities
  • Drive audience development and increase brand awareness for ARC Raiders
  • Drive business goals established by Embark Leadership

We would love if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy
  • Track record of generating highly impactful marketing experiences, and knowledge in current tactics, tools, and capabilities
  • Experience from the gaming industry and an understanding of games-as-a-service
  • Experience with operationally executing marketing activities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights and relevant product improvements
  • Great writing skills and native level proficiency in written English
