Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Legora AB Full time 60,000 - 120,000 per year
About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we're turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn't good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you're excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We're not just shaping the future of legal tech — we're defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

The role

At Legora, technology is at the heart of everything we do. Our teams move fast, and they need reliable, secure, and scalable systems to deliver their best work. That's where you come in.

We are now looking for an IT System Administrator to own and evolve our internal IT environment. From managing core infrastructure and SaaS platforms to ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and bulletproof security practices, you will be the go-to person for keeping our systems running and our people empowered. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll balance operational excellence with forward-looking improvements that support our rapid growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and administer core IT systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta (or equivalent), and other SaaS platforms critical to daily operations.

  • Drive, manage, and implement new systems and tools that support company growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Own device management for apple devices, including configuration, deployment, patching.

  • Develop and maintain internal IT processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management, license tracking) for scalability and efficiency.

  • Build automation and integrations across systems using APIs to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.

  • Work closely with the Security team to implement Zero Trust principles, identity and access management, and compliance controls.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, troubleshooting issues across applications, devices, and services.

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in IT administration, system operations, or similar roles in a fast-moving tech environment.

  • Deep expertise in the Apple ecosystem — macOS and iOS administration, Apple Business Manager, MDM tools (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune), and endpoint security.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, identity and access management (Okta, Entra or similar), and SaaS management best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with APIs and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate processes and integrate systems.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) and how IT operations support them.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation, efficiency, and user experience.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust as a reliable point of contact across the organization.

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work.
