Switch Nails söker en kreativ Content Strategist med fokus på video editing
som vill vara med och ta vårt rörliga innehåll till nästa nivå. Du kommer att arbeta med att både planera, beställa och producera videoannonser för våra paid social-kanaler – främst Meta (Instagram/Facebook) och TikTok – med fokus på att skapa innehåll som verkligen konverterar.

Vi letar efter någon som förstår hur strategi och klippning hänger ihop: du gillar att analysera vad som fungerar, tänka nytt kring koncept, och samtidigt själv klippa versioner som fångar uppmärksamheten direkt i flödet.

Vad du kommer att göra

  • Ta fram nya kreativa koncept och innehållsidéer baserat på data, målgruppsinsikter och trender.
  • Arbeta nära våra UGC-byråer – från brief och beställning till feedback och leverans.
  • Klippa och optimera videoannonser av både nytt och befintligt material, i olika format och versioner.
  • Testa olika varianter av tempo, text, struktur och hook för att maximera resultat.
  • Samarbeta med vårt inhouse-team inom creative strategy, content och performance marketing.
  • Analysera kampanjresultat och bidra till lärande och iteration i det kreativa arbetet.

Vad vi letar efter

  • Stark känsla för konverteringsdrivet innehåll / annonsering.
  • Erfarenhet av UGC.
  • Goda erfarenhet av videoredigering i verktyg som Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut eller liknande.
  • Vana att jobba snabbt, iterativt och datadrivet – du gillar att testa och lära.
  • Förståelse för vad som fungerar på TikTok och Instagram – du följer själv den typen av innehåll.
  • Bekväm med både svenska och engelska.
  • Erfarenhet av att skapa innehåll för olika målgrupper/personas i kortformat (9x16, under 60 sekunder).
