Turner & Townsend are seeking a Document Controller to work on large construction projects.
Responsibiltiies:
- Act as a key interface, maintaining a comprehensive overview of all information and documentation processes.
- Structure and organize efficient end-to-end processes among all stakeholders, including internal departments, external planning teams, and project management.
- Coordinate all project documents, documentation, and manuals.
- Ensure the quality of documents, create master lists, and facilitate the exchange of information and data maintenance.
- Review and update technical documents.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- At least 5 years of practical experience in document management within the construction industry;
- University degree, preferably with a technical background;
- Strong analytical, structural, and organizational abilities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- High affinity for IT, ideally with experience in document management systems;
