As a People & Culture Business Partner at Voyado, you will join Sara, Emma, Julia & Jennifer in our People and Culture organization, and be a key player in the success of our future growth.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

You'll work closely with leaders and teams to align People strategies with business goals. You'll help shape our culture, boost employee engagement, and drive growth as we continue to expand. From talent development to change management, you'll be the go-to advisor for all things people-related, working directly with senior leadership to ensure our teams thrive.

  • Drive efforts to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance, coaching, and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace matters.
  • Support leaders in managing organizational change, providing expert guidance on communication and implementation.
  • Develop and implement strategies focused on talent management and career development, including initiatives that support professional growth and continuous learning across the team.
  • Drive people operations initiatives - including key areas such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits, compliance, and maintenance of our HR systems, ensuring smooth and effective processes.

You take pride in the Business Partner profession and are a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. You take initiatives to enhance processes and ways of working, and implement changes with brilliant change management. You're a promoter of a positive and inclusive company culture while also fostering a high-performance work environment.

Skills & Background

  • A couple of years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner, or in a similar strategic HR role, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven track record of partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, driving both organizational growth and employee success.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of core people operations (onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits, compliance), ensuring seamless processes and a positive employee experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using people analytics to drive decisions.
