About the roleAt Tandem, we're building tools that give healthcare professionals back time - so they can focus on what matters most: their patients. As our Commercial Tender & Bid Manager, you'll help make that possible by leading how we win and deliver complex commercial opportunities across Europe.
You'll own tenders end-to-end, working closely with teammates across Sales, Product, Compliance, and Legal. From shaping opportunities early to submitting thoughtful, high-quality bids, you'll help ensure we grow in a way that's both competitive and sustainable.
This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, collaborating deeply, and making good commercial decisions in a fast-growing environment.
Own the tender process from early assessment through submission and handover
Shape bid strategies that balance customer needs, strong value propositions, and long-term sustainability
Bring the right people together across Tandem to deliver clear, compliant, and compelling submissions
Analyse tender requirements, pricing models, and commercial terms to inform decisions
Build and support pricing strategies and business cases grounded in data and market insight
Lead learnings from wins and losses and help improve how we work with tenders over time
Follow up on awarded contracts to support healthy performance and continuous improvement
Experience leading tenders, bids, or complex commercial processes in a collaborative setting
Comfort working with pricing, financials, and commercial trade-offs
A structured and reliable way of working, even when things move quickly
Clear and thoughtful communication, both written and spoken
Fluency in Swedish and English
A pragmatic, team-first mindset and interest in building things that last
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, or regulated environments
Background in pricing, finance, or commercial operations
Enjoyment of improving processes as a company scales
