Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance house with 21 offices around the world. We are expanding rapidly and seeking new talents to join our team in Stockholm. The anticipated start date is August 2026; however, an earlier start can be discussed depending on your availability.

Clearwater is an innovative adviser in corporate transactions with a focus on sales assignments. Our customers primarily consist of entrepreneurs and family-owned companies, but also large Nordic companies, private equity companies and investment companies.

At Clearwater, you will be working with live buy and sell mandates from day one and interact with business owners, senior executives at large investment firms, listed companies and private equity companies on a regular basis. Your profile

  • You are finalising a relevant finance, economics or industrial economics education or have 0-2 years of working experience within corporate finance, strategy consulting or a similar role
  • Exceptional analytical skills – Given that we help our clients navigate their most critical strategic decisions, our employees must possess exceptional analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality - We value colleagues who are dedicated, easy to work with and have a positive outlook
  • Good communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
