Job Title: Program Director

Total Experience Required: 10+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 6+ years in delivering complex transformation programmes

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months or above, depending on project requirements.

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 3 times a week at office)

Languages Required: English, Swedish is a plus

Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Sweden

Work Location: Stockholm, Sweden

  1. Must be currently based in Sweden or
  2. Willing to relocate to Sweden from anywhere within Europe or the UK
  3. Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee large-scale transformation programmes across multiple workstreams
  • Drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery aligned with business objectives
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and decision-making
  • Mitigate risks and implement robust governance for programme success
  • Ensure financial control, budget management, and value-driven outcomes
  • Strengthening operational efficiencies through workforce and HR solution initiatives

Essential Skills:

  • Proven leadership in delivering complex transformation programmes
  • Strong expertise in Workforce Management solutions or SAP SuccessFactors or HRSD
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in risk management and stakeholder engagement
  • Solid financial and operational oversight experience

Optional Skills:

  • Exposure to Ceridian Dayforce HCM platforms
  • Experience in Europe-based delivery environments
