As a Business Owner you are a leader and driver of a specific franchise. You are tasked to drive business, growth and innovation for Paradox Interactive's new and existing Grand Strategy games. To achieve this you work with a number of disciplines within the Publishing department as well as side-by-side with the development studios to fulfill set ambitions and targets for the assigned franchise ensuring the business to thrive over years to come.

This involves setting strategic direction and collaborating closely with our first- and third-party studios to achieve the company's overall growth targets and key performance indicators.

In addition, you will actively seek and explore new business opportunities, both internally and externally, to foster revenue growth for the franchise(s). Leading experts from various Publishing disciplines (no managerial responsibilities), you will work together to reach the overall goals of the franchise(s), sharing valuable business and sales insights with related teams, and taking ownership of forecasts and budgets.


The skills we're looking for…

Senior experience in gaming product management and business development, or at least 5+ years of experience within product development, marketing or production.

Solid understanding of business management

Holistic understanding of marketing and brand planning

Passion for Grand Strategy games

Experience as a team lead or manager.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
