What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping and developing your own business unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, managing and growing your own business portfolio
  • Understanding client needs and creating tailored service offerings
  • Developing strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identifying market opportunities and driving new business
  • Recruiting, supporting and leading a team of skilled consultants
  • Overseeing project deliveries and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Managing finances, KPIs, forecasting and profitability of your unit
  • Balancing daily operational tasks with long-term strategic planning

Who We Think You Are

You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with people. Ideally, you bring:

  • An Engineering degree
  • Experience as a Business Manager, Account Manager or a similar role within consulting or tech
  • Understanding of finance, recruitment and people development
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working with KPIs and deadlines
  • A hands-on, operational mindset combined with strategic thinking
  • A sociable, proactive approach, you enjoy meeting clients face-to-face
  • A genuine passion for building healthy, engaged teams
