Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at SANY Northern Europe, you will support the HR and administrative functions in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems
  • Assisting in organizing internal training sessions, workshops, and company events
  • Supporting HR data analysis and preparation of HR reports
  • Participating in internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Assisting with payroll preparation, including data collection, attendance record verification, and coordination with external payroll providers
  • Supporting invoice handling and payment processing, including documentation checks and coordination with the finance team
  • Providing general HR and administrative support as required

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university and eligible for an internship arrangement
  • Preferably studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Available to work full-time, on-site at the Sweden office
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (native Chinese speakers preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and well-organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Interested in and comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
