Som
Expert

levererar du inte bara features - du är ansvarig för att Devies och våra kunder ska lyckas. Du kommer att:

  • Designa skalbara, högpresterande front end-lösningar för komplexa ekosystem
  • Leda genom exempel, coacha team och höja den totala leveransnivån
  • Översätta affärsvision och kultur till intuitiva användarupplevelser
  • Balansera innovation med pragmatism - veta när man ska utforska nya vägar och när det är dags att leverera

Vem du är

Vi vill arbeta med människor som är doers, ansvarstagande, pragmatiska, service-minded, snälla, ambitiösa, energiska och naturliga ledare. Du är:

  • En
    expert på moderna frontend-ramverk

(React, Angular, Vue eller liknande).
- Erfaren (5+ år inom webbutveckling) med djup förståelse för prestanda, skalbarhet och designsystem.
- Bekväm med att arbeta på både
svenska

och
engelska

.
- En person som tar ansvar för helheten - inte bara din egen kod.
