Are you interested in being mentored by experienced consultants within your research field and developing skills that will help you write a master thesis with interesting insights? KPMG Management Consulting is offering students an opportunity to write their master thesis with us during the spring.

Writing your master thesis at KPMG Management Consulting is an excellent way to broaden your knowledge of the consulting profession. You will be assigned an experienced consultant with knowledge in your industry of interest, who will be your personal advisor from the beginning of your thesis process to the end of your thesis defense.

What do we offer?

Our master thesis program is a one-semester opportunity that starts in January 2026. During the master thesis period at KPMG Management Consulting, you will be assigned an experienced consultant as your advisor with knowledge in your industry of interest who will challenge your thought process and provide insights into your problems and solutions. Furthermore, you will get a buddy who will support you during the program, as well as getting a great chance to build a network within KPMG. As part of our master thesis program, you will also be invited to several social activities with the team

Who are we looking for?

• High-performing and talented individuals with a business mindset
• Pursuing a master's degree in business and/or engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Multilingual proficiency (fluency in English is required, Swedish is an advantage)
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent grades from studies
