About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key link between customers, production, and warehouse operations. You will work closely with our experienced sales representatives, initially supporting them and gradually taking full responsibility for smaller customer accounts.
You will manage the entire order flow – from first customer contact to delivery – ensuring that everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with the highest quality. You will have daily contact with customers primarily in Germany, but also in Sweden and internationally, using your German and English language skills to build strong and long-term relationships.

Your main responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, order and order flow, and follow-up.
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Provide first-class customer service in German and English.
- Coordinate deliveries in close dialogue with production, warehouse, and customers.
- Be responsible for invoicing and related administration.
- Document customer contacts and business activities in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with reporting, statistics, and analysis of order flows.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a secondary education, preferably with a focus on sales or administration.
- Has at least 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, order management, or customer service.
- Is fluent in spoken and written German – daily business communication is a central part of the role.
- Has good knowledge of English.
- Is comfortable working in ERP systems and thrives in a structured environment.
- Is detail-oriented, service-minded, and committed – passionate about creating satisfied customers and well-organized processes.
