You will lead a team of talented engineers, shaping both how we build products and how we grow as a team. This means combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement to deliver real impact for our members.

- Are familiar with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle

- Have a strong technical foundation with solid CS fundamentals
