To support this ambition, we are expanding our Group Business Development function with a versatile team of professionals working across M&A, strategic planning, execution support, market intelligence, and PMO activities. We're now looking for a Strategy and Business Development Analyst to play one of the central roles in this effort.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Group Management and divisional leaders on high-impact initiatives. The role is designed for high-potential individuals seeking future leadership opportunities within the Bemsiq Group.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive M&A activities – from pipeline development and evaluation to due diligence and integration.
• Contribute to the Group's annual strategy and business planning process in collaboration with divisions.
• Lead or support strategic initiatives such as manufacturing footprint optimization, market expansion, and sales channel development.
• Perform structured market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Build robust business cases and financial models to guide investment decisions.
• Provide project management and hands-on execution support for group-level initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align on priorities and deliver results.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We're looking for someone with a strong interest in business development, strategic thinking, and creating value through collaboration and insight.

You might be a recent graduate, or currently in your final year of studies – what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

We welcome students who can start part-time during their studies, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development role after graduation.

Experience & Education

• We're open to diverse academic backgrounds, but expect strong analytical and strategic thinking – typically gained through studies in Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance. A Master's degree is expected.
• Experience in M&A processes and financial modeling is a plus.
