What will you be working with?

As a Process and Solution Developer with controller responsibilities, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Coor's digital tools, processes, and performance frameworks within procurement. You will also strengthen the monitoring, reporting, and analysis of procurement activities, contributing to improved governance and compliance.

This is a Nordic-level functional role with close collaboration across Category Managers, Procurement Business Partners, and other stakeholders. You will be a driving force in ensuring our procurement solutions are future-ready, user-friendly, and business-relevant.

What will you be working with?

Process and Solution Development

  • Lead the development of procurement solutions aligned with Coor's digital strategy.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into solution requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and innovations to inform solution design.
  • Act as business owner for procurement-related systems (e.g., Unit4, ArkiNet, Qlik, Scrive).
  • Ensure tools are intuitive and resource-efficient.

Controller Function

  • Track and report procurement activities and KPIs.
  • Provide data-driven insights for procurement planning.
  • Develop forecasts and escalate deviations.
  • Conduct advanced analysis (e.g., spend, cashflow, compliance, SBTi).

Data and Performance Ownership

  • Ensure quality and structure in procurement-related financial data.
  • Own performance tracking frameworks and reporting tools.
  • Support data integration and lifecycle management.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure tools and processes support strategy and enhance compliance.
  • Contribute to a strong procurement culture through transparency and structure.
  • Support audit preparation and compliance tracking.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the Nordic Procurement Management Team and other Coor functions.
  • Act as the main contact for solution-related questions from Group Business Support.
