About the Role
As a Business Development Analyst at Froda, you'll play a key role in shaping our commercial direction combining analytical rigour with strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You'll work closely with the Business Development and Partnerships teams, supporting everything from new market evaluations and partner opportunities to competitive analysis and business cases that inform our growth strategy.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and commercial execution someone equally comfortable structuring an RFP response, building market sizing models, and synthesizing insights for senior stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends across fintech, embedded finance, and SME lending.
Build financial and commercial business cases for new markets, products, and partnerships.
Support partner pitches and RFP processes, from gathering data to shaping value propositions and recommendations.
Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Data teams to evaluate integrations, product extensions, and commercial impact.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate insights into clear guidance for leadership decisions.
What You Bring
A master's degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or a similar analytical field
2–4 years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or commercial analytics, preferably within fintech, finance, or tech.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Solid understanding of business models, unit economics, and financial modelling.
Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
