About the role

As an Underwriter at Qred, you are responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of small business loan applicants in our fast growing German Team. Your main tasks include analyzing financial documents, reviewing bank transactions, and identifying potential risks. You work closely with the rest of the team that consists of Underwriting, Customer Success and Pre-Collection to ensure fast, accurate, and responsible lending decisions. Your goal is to balance business growth with risk management while supporting entrepreneurs with fair and fast access to financing.

You will:

Be handling customers business loan applications through telephone, chat, and email

Prepare tailored loan offers to the business's needs together with our Customer Success Team

Analyse financial data across all company forms using various tools, platforms and submitted documents

Develop a healthy customer lifecycle by offering personal service and a suitable business repayment plan
