We are looking for a
Senior AWS / DevOps Engineer
to take technical ownership of a cloud-based workshop platform. You will work at the intersection of
platform engineering and DevOps
, enabling development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions in an agile environment.

Your Role

You will design, operate, and continuously improve the AWS platform while driving automation, CI/CD excellence, and infrastructure scalability. You'll collaborate closely with development teams, take part in architectural decisions, and ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain AWS infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, VPC)
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation
  • Ensure platform stability, security, compliance, and observability
  • Support development teams with deployments, integrations, and automation
  • Contribute to architecture, performance tuning, and cost optimization

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on AWS production experience
  • Strong knowledge of ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, and VPC
  • Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation
  • Docker and container orchestration
  • Scripting with Python or Bash
  • Solid understanding of microservices and API integrations
  • Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
  • Experience in incident handling and performance optimization

Meriting Skills

  • Deep AWS CDK knowledge
  • Enterprise-scale DevOps experience
  • Serverless architectures (Step Functions, EventBridge)
  • Angular/TypeScript CI/CD understanding
  • Experience as Tech Lead or in Agile leadership roles
  • Automotive or workshop systems domain experience
